Privacy Policy
What UXAtom collects, why, and how to have it removed.

We collect as little as we can get away with. This page describes exactly what that is.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything you write in the message, plus optional company, budget range and service selections. When you subscribe to the newsletter we receive your email address.
Analytics. We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics that record page paths, referrer, approximate country and device category. No cookies are set and no cross-site identifier is created.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and user agents for security and rate limiting. These are retained for 30 days.
We do not use advertising trackers, session recording, or third-party marketing pixels.
Why we collect it

- To understand which pages are read, in aggregate
- To prevent abuse of our forms
Under GDPR, our lawful bases are consent (newsletter) and legitimate interest (replying to enquiries, keeping the site available).
How long we keep it

Who we share it with
Our hosting, email and analytics providers act as processors under contract. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, that transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Email hello@uxatom.com and we will respond within 30 days. No account or verification hoop is required beyond confirming you control the address in question.
Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.
If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and note the change on this page. We do not retroactively apply new terms to data already collected.
