About
A small studio that does the work itself.
A small senior team covering design, front-end and backend, working with SaaS, AI, fintech and healthcare teams.
Why we started
Most design agencies hand over a Figma file and leave. Most development shops build exactly what the file says, including the parts that will not survive contact with real data.
We started UXAtom because that gap is where products go wrong — and because the only reliable way to know whether a design works is to build it, ship it, and watch what people do.
So we do both. The same team designs the interface and writes the code under it, which means the design system and the codebase cannot drift apart, and the person who drew the empty state is the one who has to implement it.

Design tokens
Every colour, space, radius and duration on this site resolves to one.
31
UI primitives
Each declares its variants, sizes and states in a single table.
78
Pages prerendered
Static HTML at build time. Nothing waits on a server to render.
AA
WCAG 2.2 target
Focus order, contrast and reduced-motion handled in the primitives.
How we operate
Four things we will not compromise on.
Senior people, small teams
Two to four people per project, all senior. There is no junior layer doing the actual work while someone experienced presents it.
We build what we design
Most engagements include the build — front-end, and the API behind it where we own that too. Designing without building teaches you the wrong lessons.
We report what did not work
Every case study lists the metrics we agreed on, including the ones that moved less than we hoped. A studio that only reports wins cannot be calibrated.
We will tell you if we are wrong for it
Turning down a project that is not a fit costs us a month of revenue. Taking it costs both of us a quarter.
Team
Four disciplines, one team.
No account managers, no resourcing layer — the people on the first call are the people on the project. Which of these you get depends on where the weight of the work sits.
Product design
Research, flows and the interface itself. Owns the design system and the decisions it encodes.
Front-end engineering
The production build in your stack. Owns accessibility, performance budgets and the component contract.
Backend engineering
API, schema, auth and the jobs behind the screen. Shaped alongside the UI rather than handed to it.
Product strategy
Discovery and scoping. The one who says the brief is describing a symptom.
How we work
Remote, with a real overlap window.
We do not claim to cover every timezone. Tell us when your standup is and we will say plainly how much of your day we can be live for — and what we cover asynchronously.

Who we work with
Complex software, real users.
Mostly Series A to Series C teams, plus a handful of enterprise product groups. The common thread is software people use every day.
